I received a letter from my water purveyor stating my backflow assembly is due for testing. What do I do?
If you have received a letter from your water purveyor stating you are due (or past due) for your annual testing, take a picture of the back of the form and text it to 706-341-9374 or email it to jimsbackflowtesting@gmail.com. Also, fill out the contact form on this site and we will contact you to schedule your test.
